I have always used Digicel for my cell phone provider and have no problems with them. They have LOTS of stores which is convenient. I used them for internet for a couple of months and didn’t like it so I switched to Lime and had a landline installed in my apartment for their high speed internet which was awesome.
Flow is by far the best for internet as its 4G and really is the fastest and their cable is great too with good prices for a great selection of packages. I’ve always used Digicel for mobile provider and have found them very reliable. I agree with Admin Digicel internet is rubbish!
Buy an unlocked phone with wifi that takes a chip and do the pay as you go with Digicel. The phone credits are more readily available and sold everywhere, shops, corners, gas stations ect. If you choose Lime as your cell phone provider its sometimes quite hard to find the cell phone credits. If you put on $200 Jamaican credit during the day with Digicel you get free evenings from 11pm til 7am.
I also use a Digicel rocket stick for my internet that I bought for #3000 JM and you can choose how many days of internet service you want to pay for 1,3,7,14,30 your choice. Also with the wifi phone you can use free wifi hotspots all over the island.
Other options are Lime for phone, internet and home phone as well as Flow for home phone, internet and cable.
